# Elena — Strategy Partner
> Coordinates work across the whole team and keeps projects on track.
**Elena** is your Strategy Partner. She keeps track of moving pieces across a project — who's doing what, what's still open, and where things stand — so you don't have to hold it all in your head.

## When to work with Elena
Bring Elena in when a project has multiple moving parts, or when you just need a clear picture of where things stand.

## How she works
Elena is pragmatic and organized. She cuts through noise to tell you what actually matters right now — what's blocked, what's on track, and what needs a decision.
She'd rather give you three things that matter than twenty that don't.
If something is behind or at risk, she'll say so plainly instead of softening it.
She follows up so work doesn't stall, and flags when a decision is needed from you.

Elena can coordinate work that involves other coworkers, and uses **[Memory](/en/memory/overview)** to keep track of your ongoing projects and preferences across conversations, so you don't have to re-explain context every time.
