If your team already lives in Microsoft Teams, your coworkers can live there too. Add them like you would any colleague, and message them the same way.

What it feels like

Real-time replies

You see the answer being written as it comes together — not just a wall of text after a long wait.

Rich responses

Coworkers can reply with structured cards — a summary you can scan, or buttons to approve something — not only plain text.

Getting started

1

Find your coworker in Teams

Search for them by name, or ask whoever set up your workspace for the link to add them.
2

Message them like a colleague

Describe what you need in plain language, in a direct message or a channel they’re part of.
3

Watch the reply stream in

You’ll see the response build in real time, and any files or cards will appear right in the conversation.
Teams is a great fit if your team already chats there daily and wants a coworker to feel like another member of the channel.
