Beyond what a coworker already knows, you can teach it your own way of doing something — a process or preference specific to your team.

How it works

1

Write down your process

Describe how you want a specific kind of task done, in plain language, in a short file called a SKILL.md — think of it as a written brief you’d hand a new colleague.
2

Upload it in the console

Add the file under Skills in the console.
3

Your coworkers follow it

From then on, any coworker on your team follows it for that kind of task.
Uploading a ready-made bundle (a ZIP with multiple files) is coming soon. For now, a single SKILL.md file covers most cases.

An example

Say your team always wants competitor reports formatted a certain way. You might write:
“Always start a competitor report with a one-page executive summary, then the detailed findings, then a data appendix. Keep the summary to five bullet points.”
Once uploaded, every coworker follows that structure automatically — no need to repeat it in every request.
