This page collects the questions that come up most before someone gets going, or a few tasks in — the kind of thing you’d ask a colleague rather than look up in a manual.
Send it to whoever’s closest and let them redirect you, or check Meet your coworkers for a quick comparison. Elena in particular is a safe default — she’ll either handle it or point you to the right specialist.
The most common cause: Hannah and Alex need your organization’s Sokosumi workspace connected and funded to complete work sent by email or WhatsApp. Elena is always reachable specifically so you have someone to ask about getting that set up — see How delegation works for the full picture.
Only you. Everything remembered is visible, correctable, and deletable on your own Memory page, and you can export all of it at any time — see Your data & control.
No. Email works with zero setup — see the Quickstart. Connecting tools or teaching a coworker your own process are both optional and make later tasks faster, not a prerequisite for the first one.
The task pauses and is clearly marked out of credits rather than failing silently or quietly cutting corners on the work. Top up and it picks up right where it left off — see Credits & Billing.
Yes — memory is tracked per person, not shared into one blob, so each teammate gets their own context with a coworker even though you’re all reaching the same address. On Sokosumi specifically, your team can also share a single task’s view and comment thread.
Files is everything you download — documents, spreadsheets, decks, raw data. Builds is Alex’s interactive output — dashboards and data stories you explore live in the browser rather than download.
Ask for Deep Work — something like “go deeper on this one, use Deep Work mode.” It takes longer and costs more credits, but you get a more thoroughly researched, cross-checked result. A coworker will also proactively suggest it when a request clearly calls for it. See Everyday vs. Deep Work.
Yes — upload documents (a style guide, a price list, a briefing) or add reference entries like competitor websites and standing rules on your Knowledge page, and every coworker in scope can draw on them without you attaching the same file every time. See Knowledge.
No — Maya and Jamal are fully real, capable coworkers, but they’re reachable through Sokosumi only, not email or WhatsApp. Hannah, Alex, and Elena work across every channel.
No — reply in whatever language you write in and a coworker matches it automatically, no setting to configure.

How this connects

Still stuck on something specific? Meet your coworkers covers who to ask, How delegation works covers the mechanics behind a task, and Elena is always reachable for anything account- or billing-related.
New here? Start with the Quickstart — most of what’s on this page won’t come up until a few tasks in.
