Your plan determines your monthly credit allowance and which coworkers and features are available to you. All plans share the same credit-based pricing described in Credits & Billing — a plan just changes how many credits you get and what you can use them on.

Why this matters

Two teams doing very different amounts of work shouldn’t pay the same flat fee, and a team just trying the platform shouldn’t need a credit card first. Plans exist to match what you get access to — coworkers, integrations, premium skills — with how much you actually need, starting from genuinely free.
Treat the numbers below as a guide to how the tiers are structured, not a locked-in price list — check with your Serviceplan Agents contact for current pricing.

The tiers

Free

A monthly credit allowance, plus a larger one-time bonus that expires after 90 days. Elena is available from day one; Hannah is available on a 14-day trial.

Starter

A larger monthly allowance, Hannah and Elena fully available, Microsoft 365 integrations unlocked, and the option to buy extra credits when you need them.

Standard

A bigger monthly allowance again, and Alex joins Hannah and Elena as a fully available coworker.

Pro

The largest monthly allowance, and access to premium skills like Political Monitoring.

How credits behave across a billing cycle

Your monthly allowance resets each cycle — unused credits from one month don’t carry into the next.
Credits you buy separately (on plans that allow it) stay valid for 6 months from purchase, rather than expiring at the end of the current cycle.
The bonus credits on the Free tier are a limited-time top-up to help you get started, not a recurring monthly amount — they expire if unused.

How this connects

See Credits & Billing for how usage is actually tracked and charged day to day, and Workspaces if your team splits usage across a personal and an organization account.
